Local Delivery
Available in Windhoek and surrounding industrial/educational areas, handled directly by our dedicated IMANI logistics team.
Regional & SADC Delivery
Shipments to other regions of Namibia and neighboring SADC countries are handled by our trusted courier partners or can be arranged by the client.
For cross-border and international clients, necessary export documentation, customs clearance papers, and product origin certificates can be fully arranged upon request.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery lead times depend on stock availability and sourcing requirements:
- In-stock items: 2 to 5 working days for delivery within Namibia.
- Imported / Specialty items: 3 to 8 weeks depending on manufacturing timelines and customs clearance.
Urgent Orders & Out-of-Stock Sourcing
For items required urgently or those currently out of stock, IMANI can arrange priority sourcing or express air freight through our global manufacturer partners.
Note on Expedited Fees: Priority express requests carry an additional expedited service fee. This fee, along with shipping quotes (calculated by weight, volume, and destination), will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before processing the order.
