Strict Return Policy
Due to the highly specialized nature and strict calibration requirements of scientific instrumentation and medical devices, **IMANI does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless we sent or delivered the wrong item relative to the confirmed order/quotation**.
Correct Delivery Rule: If the delivered item matches the specifications, catalog number, or manufacturer code listed on your approved quotation or Purchase Order, the sale is final. No refunds or returns will be authorized for ordering errors, changes of mind, or project cancellations.
Mandatory Technical Verification
In the event that you receive an incorrect product, the return process is subject to a strict verification gate:
- You must notify us in writing at sales@imani.com.na within 7 business days of delivery.
- The item must remain **completely unused, in its original undamaged manufacturer packaging**, and accompanied by all manuals, calibration certificates, and accessories.
- Our technical team must physically inspect the returned product to verify that the serial number matches our dispatch records and that the unit has not been opened, modified, or damaged.
100% Non-Returnable Items
Under no circumstances can the following categories be returned or refunded:
Chemicals & Reagents
To ensure purity, safety, and prevent cross-contamination, no chemical reagents, acids, solvents, or biological growth media can be returned once they leave our storage facility.
Custom Sourced / Special Imports
Any laboratory machinery, specialized medical equipment, or high-volume items sourced specifically for your institution from overseas manufacturers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
If a return is officially authorized by IMANI management for exchange:
- The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for secure, insured return shipping/courier services.
- A **15% restocking and administrative fee** will be deducted from the credit note for any approved standard equipment exchanges.
- Original shipping fees are completely non-refundable.
