Strict Return Policy
Due to the highly specialized nature and strict calibration requirements of scientific instrumentation and medical devices, IMANI does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless we sent or delivered the wrong item relative to the confirmed order/quotation.
Correct Delivery Rule: If the delivered item matches the specifications listed on your approved quotation or Purchase Order, the sale is final.
Mandatory Technical Verification
In the event that you receive an incorrect product:
- You must notify us in writing at info@imani.com.na within 7 business days of delivery.
- The item must remain completely unused, in its original undamaged manufacturer packaging.
- Our technical team must physically inspect the returned product.
100% Non-Returnable Items
Under no circumstances can chemicals, reagents, custom sourced items, or special imports be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for secure, insured return shipping.
- A 15% restocking and administrative fee will be deducted from the credit note.
- Original shipping fees are completely non-refundable.
