The 10/19 size is the standard fit for:
- 5ml, 10ml, and 20ml Volumetric Flasks (Class A or B).
Why use PP over Glass?
- Safety: No risk of broken glass if dropped.
- No Seizing: PP does not stick to the ground glass neck of the flask, even when storing alkaline solutions (which often cause glass-on-glass joints to fuse).
- Cost: Significantly more affordable for high-traffic student or commercial labs.
