A bimetallic strip is a component made from two different types of metals that are joined together along their lengths. When heated, the metals expand at different rates, causing the strip to bend. Useful for studying the applications of bending due to temperature change in bimetallic strips such as in Mechanical Clocks, Thermostats, Thermometers, Heat Engines, Electrical Devices.
Strip dimensions: 150 x 10 x 1mm.
