3. Pricing:Prices are quoted in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless otherwise stated and may exclude VAT and shipping.
4. Payments:Full or partial payments must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Liability:IMANI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from misuse of products supplied.
6. Intellectual Property:All content on this site (logos, text, product images) is the property of IMANI and may not be reproduced without permission.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product isdefective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
• You notify us within7 business days of receiving the order.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds may be issued as:

• Replacement items, or
• Credit toward future purchases, or
• Full refund(depending on product and supplier policy).

Custom-ordered or special-import items are non-refundable unless faulty or mis-supplied.

Shipping Policy

IMANI delivers nationwide and across the SADC region.

• Local Delivery:Available in Windhoek and surrounding areas via our logistics team.
• Regional Delivery:Shipments to other regions handled by trusted courier partners or client arranged.
• International Orders:For cross-border clients, export documentation and certificates can be arranged upon request.

Delivery Timeframes:

• In-stock items: 2–5 working days within Namibia
• Imported items: 3–8 weeks depending on supplier and customs clearance
• Urgent Orders & Out-of-Stock Items:
  For items required urgently or those currently out of stock, IMANI can arrangepriority sourcing or express freight through our international partners.
  Please note that such requests carry an expedited service fee, which will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before processing the order. Shipping costs are quoted separately and depend on weight, volume, and destination.
